Payment Options

1. Full Payment (Standard Option)

Full payment of R29,999 is required before project commencement.
Development begins once payment has been received and verified.

How FlexPay Works:

Start your project with a small upfront payment.

Settle the remainder over up to 12 months, completely interest-free.

All FlexPay agreements include a detailed payment schedule and service terms.

⚖️ Terms of Use

1. Scope of Service

Aelora agrees to design, develop, and deploy one (1) Android application and one (1) iOS application for the client, including all features listed under the Premium App Package.

2. Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting and maintenance are billed at R1,499/month, starting upon project completion.

This includes hosting management, security monitoring, app updates, and priority support.

Major structural changes or additional features will be quoted separately.

3. Payments & Refunds

Full payment is required before project commencement unless the client opts for Aelora FlexPay.

Under FlexPay, the client agrees to the payment structure outlined in the Aelora FlexPay Agreement.

Deposits are non-refundable once development begins.

Failure to meet payment obligations may result in service suspension.

4. Delivery Timeline

Project timelines will be determined after consultation and may vary based on client deliverables or technical scope.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership of all deliverables transfers to the client after full payment.
Aelora retains the right to use completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Liability

Aelora shall not be liable for loss of data, revenue, or damages caused by third-party software, system misuse, or external service outages.

7. Termination

Ongoing services (hosting and maintenance) may be terminated with 30 days’ written notice. Outstanding balances remain payable up to the termination date.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or subscribing to this package, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Use and, where applicable, the Aelora FlexPay Agreement.
