Payment Options

1. Full Payment (Standard Option)

Full payment of the total project fee (R19,999) is required before project commencement. Work will not begin until payment has been received and verified.

With Aelora FlexPay, you can start your project now and pay it off over time — no credit checks, no interest, no hassle.

How FlexPay Works:

Choose Your Service
Pick the Aelora service or package that fits your goals.

Pay a Deposit
Secure your project with a small upfront payment.

Pay the Balance Over Time
Spread the remaining balance over up to 12 months while you grow your business.

FlexPay terms are outlined in a separate agreement prior to project initiation.

⚖️ Terms of Use

1. Scope of Service

Aelora agrees to design, develop, and deploy one (1) Android application with advanced e-commerce functionality and administrative access as specified in the Business App Package.

2. Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting and maintenance are billed at R999/month, starting after successful project delivery.

Maintenance includes hosting, security updates, and minor technical fixes.
Major redesigns or added functionality will be quoted separately.

3. Payments & Refunds

Full payment is required before project commencement unless the client opts for Aelora FlexPay.

Under FlexPay, payments follow the agreed schedule set in the Aelora FlexPay Agreement.

Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.

Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in service suspension.

4. Delivery Timeline

Project timelines are determined during consultation and may vary based on client input or content submission delays.

5. Intellectual Property

Full ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client once all fees are settled. Aelora reserves the right to include completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Liability

Aelora will not be held liable for losses resulting from server outages, third-party service interruptions, or misuse of provided systems.

7. Termination

Hosting or maintenance services can be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Any outstanding payments must be settled prior to cancellation.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or subscribing to this package, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and the accompanying Aelora FlexPay Agreement (if applicable).
