Payment Options

1. Full Payment (Standard Option)

Full payment of the total project cost (R14,999) is required before project commencement. Work will not begin until payment has been received and confirmed.

2. Aelora FlexPay – Flexible Payment Plan

At Aelora, we believe creativity shouldn’t be limited by cash flow.
That’s why we offer Aelora FlexPay — our easy, interest-free payment plan that helps you start your project now and pay it off over time.

How FlexPay Works:

Choose Your Service
Select the Aelora package or service that matches your goals.

Pay a Deposit
Secure your project with a small upfront deposit.

Pay the Balance Over Time
Spread the remaining balance over up to 12 months, with no credit checks, no interest, and no hidden fees.

Aelora FlexPay gives you the freedom to grow your business while staying within budget.
Terms apply; a service agreement will outline your payment schedule and obligations.

⚖️ Terms of Use

1. Scope of Service

Aelora agrees to design, develop, and deploy one (1) Android application for the client as specified in the Starter App Package.

2. Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting and maintenance are billed at R499/month, starting upon delivery of the project.

Maintenance includes server management, technical support, and minor updates.
Major design or feature changes are quoted separately.

3. Payments & Refunds

Full payment is required before the project begins unless the client opts for Aelora FlexPay.

Under FlexPay, the client agrees to a structured payment schedule as outlined in the Aelora FlexPay Agreement.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

All fees must be settled according to the agreed schedule to avoid service suspension.

4. Delivery Timeline

Project timelines will be confirmed after the initial consultation. Delays in providing content or approvals from the client may affect the delivery date.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership of the final app is transferred to the client upon full payment of all fees. Aelora retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability

Aelora will not be held liable for loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from third-party system failures, misuse, or unforeseen downtime.

7. Termination

Both parties may terminate ongoing hosting or maintenance services with 30 days’ written notice. All outstanding payments remain due up to the termination date.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or subscribing to this package, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and, where applicable, the Aelora FlexPay Agreement.
