When we launched in 2019, our focus was simple: build professional websites for businesses that wanted a stronger online presence. As we worked with more clients, we quickly realised that many businesses needed more than just a website. They needed tools that could improve the way they operated.
Expanding into Mobile Apps
Over the next few years, Aelora expanded into mobile app development. Businesses were looking for better ways to connect with their customers, manage services, and offer mobile experiences that matched the convenience people expected.
By adding app development to our services, we were able to help clients extend their businesses beyond the web and into the hands of their customers.
The Shift to Custom Systems in 2023
In 2023, we made one of the biggest changes in our company’s history.
We moved beyond traditional websites and apps and began focusing on custom-built business systems and IT support. This shift came from a clear need we saw in the market: businesses were spending too much time on manual administration, disconnected software, and inefficient processes.
Instead of offering one-size-fits-all solutions, we started building systems tailored to each company’s workflow. From client portals and internal management tools to automation systems and operational dashboards, our goal became helping businesses save time, reduce admin, and operate more efficiently.
A New Chapter in 2026
As of 2026, Aelora is preparing for another major milestone.
We are officially expanding into internet services as an ISP, offering:
- Fibre Internet
- LTE Internet
- 4G / 5G Internet
This expansion allows us to support both businesses and homes, providing not only the software and systems that organisations rely on, but also the connectivity that keeps those systems running.
For many of our clients, this means having a single technology partner for custom software, hosting, IT support, and internet connectivity.
